I had L4-L5 ALIF PLIF on April 15. The most impactful thing I purchased were these ice packs (https://a.co/d/0eWBYQOF). I didn’t need any bathroom assistance other than swapping my usual loofah for one on a stick. Going back in 3 weeks would be very difficult. What do you do for work?
