My friend gifted us “In the Town All Year round” which actually has no words but soooo many things going on, that we would talk about it endlessly. It became so worn out in our house I had to order another one. And also, (personal plug) I wrote a book about mindfulness techniques for bedtime because I got frustrated with the cadence in a lot of other books. And we were doing these exercises anyways every night with my three boys. So offering it if you might find it helpful. There’s pictures of the language in the reviews. https://www.amazon.com/Sometimes-Pretend-Im-Spaghetti-Mindfulness/dp/1645388050

Yes! These motions are so great for kids. The one that worked best for us was getting a weighted blanket to put on them and then have them crawl the hallways like a turtle. It slowed them down and gave the feedback they needed. Also, you can have them slowly pretend to be different things (like melting snow, or a rock, or sticky tape). I actually ended up writing a bedtime book because we’d do it so often with our kids. Putting it here in case you’d find it helpful but you can 100% just do the exercises with him on your own! https://a.co/d/0fIv3cpg
