No issue with taking things in and out. One rack in the bottom is on ball bearings and can slide way out. Cleanup not an issue, the tray and basket I bought just pop into the dishwasher. I have the wifi connectivity on but control the airfry from the from panel. I mainly use the app to monitor things like oven temp pre heat, how much time is left on timer, that sort of thing. I had an air fryer rack that fit in my old toaster oven. Once I knew I liked the Cafe oven I bought a larger one. We use it a LOT. Way more than I used the air fryer in my toaster oven (which was not great.)
