Hi! That's often an issue while wearing the wrong size and/or shape. They will stay lifted if you get measured for a properly fitting bra. Try the calculator at ABraThatFits.org or r/ABraThatFits It can be a bit of trial and error, but it has been so worth it, for me at least.
