I got these ( https://www.walmart.com/ip/16246853618?sid=68A18612-2EFA-4141-88F2-B173FE66CA4B ) for my teenager with ARFID. He loves them! They’re cutesy, but well made and serve their purpose well. The plate does get hot with hot food in it, but the ears are great for holding it safely. I think, for him, the cutesy angle helps bring a little joy to mealtimes. It’s easier for him to try new foods in it, and he’s less stressed because his food is no longer at risk of accidentally mixing.
