if pen grip inconsistency is giving you so much trouble have you tried using a mouse. I am around your rank (214k but i dont farm often cuz its kinda boring) and use an 9 dollar wireless mouse from amazon and it works ok. wired mouses are kind of annoying though so I dont recommend using them
