I wrote a book about becoming an adult called Adulting: A Simple Guide For Things Not So Simple I had a handful of family members turning of age all at about the same time. And I realized there are things we all had to learn the hard way because no one taught us. Things like coping with death. Growing apart from childhood friends. Growing your soul along with your mind and body. Taking care of your mental health. And I wrote it all down in a simple pocket guide, with room for loved ones to include their shared wisdom as well.
