I wouldn't bother with a box at the wall. Just stop the pipe right at the edge of a low volt ring in the wall. This way, extra wire could be just pushed into the wall cavity to "get rid of it"!! Anything that can take 1-1/2" pipe is probably wider than a single gang width finish plate. In a typical install for TV's, we just run "smurf tube". I would've just ran 6 runs of appropriate size. As you fill a large pipe with a lot of small wire, that latter ones might get hard to pull in. Do you have the mule tape wrapped around other mule tapes???? (Most likely!)
