I learned about this combo on Reddit in 2012. It used to be $70 for the whole setup. Obviously times have changed, but it’s still a really good collection of gear for affordable prices. You can go the Bluetooth route, but it is kind of fun to connect speakers and whatnot. Then down the line you can upgrade individual components. Having said all that, Bluetooth speakers are much better than they were 15 years ago.
