It looks like your lights are off when you took the picture. Anemones usually close up at night time. Based on what your test results, your calcium and alk are low. I have a 20 gallon tank and I dose 10ml of All-For-Reef weekly for reference. All-For-Reef is designed to be an all in one dosing solution incase you're interested. That being said, my anemones like a lot of light and decent flow. They don't need a ton of flow, but they need enough to make their tentacles sway. I have 2 cheap 30w hygger lights that I use for supplemental lighting, as well as two led bars. My anemones all stay under the one hygger light between 2-6 inches from the surface. The light itself is probably 4 inches from the surface above. I'm not sure what par it produces, but the anemones like it. They don't seem to like elsewhere in the tank, but I started with 3 small ones, and am up to 15 decent sized ones now. https://a.co/d/080VvztO This is the light my anemones like. Maybe you'll need a stronger one, depending on how deep your tank is. But just a thought l.
