Experiment. If it's a daily record, but you don't need to see it all at once, then use Rapid Logging instead of a separate page. It's easier to do all your notes for the day in one place than have to flip to multiple pages each day. I record my meals on the day page, then copy them to the meal diary (actually an app) later when I have time. I often just record them on a pad in the kitchen, so I don't have to wash my hands and get the book out. If a collection is on several pages, use Threading. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_0Xw2SKMUVXHtSIKIxdK8xNxkrszk-bE series on how to start and common questions Ryder's website used to have good instructions, but now it's more about selling courses and notebooks. The Bullet Journal Method book has good instructions. https://www.amazon.ca/Bullet-Journal-Method-Present-Design-ebook/dp/B07B7C4F9C
