Concerns about mislabeled fabric content and missing care labels are serious — the FTC's Textile Fiber Products Identification Act does require accurate labeling for products sold in the U.S. [I reported this and tons of others reported this seller has zero NO labels [not mislabeled] no labels of any kind attached to the pants plus the site claims 100% cotton and fabric feels like rubber or some reprocessed mix of "]literally trash" and has a strange smell. Back to Amazon: "Regarding the Hfnxid Women Pull on Pants specifically: "The product listing claims 100% Cotton, but I understand that customers have reported the actual fabric may not match that claim. Missing labels on garments sold in the U.S. is a legitimate compliance concern. What you can do: Report the product directly on the product page using the "Report incorrect product information" link — this flags it for Amazon's review. [Amazon was told about this problem by me twice and by multiple customers and Amazon does nothing] Amazon's repeated directions: "Leave a detailed review noting the labeling issues, as this helps other shoppers and can prompt action. Contact Amazon Customer Service to formally report the potential FTC compliance violation — they can escalate to the appropriate teams. [Again done multiple times - apparently these "teams" ignore these reports] Amazon continues: "Amazon does have policies requiring sellers to comply with all applicable laws, including FTC labeling requirements. Reporting through official channels is the most effective way to get this reviewed." What? What official channels? Are they telling me I have to contact the FTC? The stuff came in dirty wrinkled open plastic bags and I had the pants looked at by a professional and they are not Cotton. He said they were some kind of reprocessed multiple fabrics and I should be careful not to wear them. This was reported over a month ago and they are still up on their Amazon page. When I bought them there were no reviews, no comments and someone here told me it was my fault because I did not read the comment section.
