My kids often make fun of me, but I tell them if I anything happens to me, they will have to get jobs. :- )-I use Cygolite front and rear light. I have the 350 lumen rear light, i.e. there is no way car drivers wouldn't see me if they drive behind me-I feel pretty safe with my setup with 10,000 miles commuted since 2018. Bike:-Lower your seatpost so you can plant both feet firmly on the ground. You can slowly raise them as you get more comfortable with your bike.-Level 3 is a big bike to handle for some your height. Pace and Solterra (37lb) are much more manageable.-Get a rear review mirror if you do decide to ride on the road. Best of luck.
