Just contact them and ask what they'd like to do, likely the cheapest option for them is just sending another frame. But that's going to suck tearing down the bike. I would use that opportunity to buy all new bolts, ones that are at the highest "class 10.9" or "grade 9" or "astm grade something" as all of these bikes come with silver colored butter. https://www.mcmaster.com is where I would suggest building a cart of options. You might also want to replace the wheel axels and jackshaft bolts and nuts with far better quality ones. Any Nut, I would replace with lock nuts. They have a nylon ring on the outer side so they don't loosen up and you can avoid using much Loctite. This is the Loctite I'd recommend, as the liquid version is messy.
