What Starlink is it, the mini or standard? You can get PoE injectors for both and use an ethernet cat 5e cable to provide power to and network from the dish. Theocratically you could run 100 meters of cable (that's ethernet max). On the dish end of the cable you have a splitter providing power and network connectors. On the other end you feed it with the PoE injector.
