What Starlink is it, the mini or standard? You can get PoE injectors for both and use an ethernet cat 5e cable to provide power to and network from the dish. Theocratically you could run 100 meters of cable (that's ethernet max). On the dish end of the cable you have a splitter providing power and network connectors. On the other end you feed it with the PoE injector. For the mini I have one that feeds 48V (and needs 48V power input that I provide with an 230V to 48V adapter) https://www.amazon.com/Starlink-Mini-PoE-Splitter-Protection/dp/B0DLW9BCNC/ That way you can always find a good spot.
