The most common-yet-unaddressed issue I see is connectivity in home network setups. Keep an ethernet cable on hand in the event you find your wifi connectivity isn't cutting it for your work computer, and be prepared to use the wired connection instead. Smart phones and TVs might seem fine at home, but the real test is tunneling through the firm's VPN and accessing a high volume of cloud-based tools and documents, all while on Zoom video half the day. Also, having a key light kicks ass. I'm in NY and I have a lot of California-based meetings, which means it's often pitch black over here while it's still daytime over there. I like Logitech's Litra Glow because it mounts to my monitor and has 360° swivel, so I can point it against my wall to diffuse the light and adjust the temperature and brightness as needed depending on time of day.
