I've had a huge issue with WeatherTech on a past vehicle in regards to slickness/slipperiness, which is why I decided not to go with them for my Lexus RX350. I went with Max Liner instead. More specifically on the slickness/slipperyness issues, I noticed that anytime I had my car washed and the floor mats were cleaned as well, the floor would become extremely slippery. I'm sure their product was a huge factor, but I noticed this Even with other basic cleaning materials such as Lysol (from what I can recollect) as well. These are also significantly less expensive, and they are virtually identical. I can't speak to their customer support, but I haven't had any issues and have been using mine for about 6 years now.
