Hello, I would like to add my uromune transport experience. I had a 15-hour trip back home with 2 Uromune prescriptions. I ordered these Diabetic coolers on Amazon. They worked perfectly. Gosemai TSA Approved Insulin Cooler Travel Case to share: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLC8YF6F I put fresh ice in a zip-lock bag inside the coolers. If you can find a way to get the ice pack included in the cooler frozen at your hotel, do that too. The ice did leak out of the cooler. The cooler kept on working great and still does. The Dr office gave me one ice pack too. On my flight, I placed the coolers in a fabric bag in my carry-on. Most importantly, the temperature was 32 degrees when I left my hotel. When I arrived home 15 hours later, the cooler was 41 degrees. I used two coolers. One prescription fits inside one cooler, so if you get two prescriptions, get two coolers. I highly recommend this product enough, and I would use it again. I want to add. I wish I had brought another lunch-type cooler with me to put these coolers in. It would have been better than my Tower of London fabric bag. LOL Going through customs, I was so worried. I had to open the cooler to show them what I had. I had my customs letter on hand. The customs lady looked at it and she asked what it was. She approved of it, and I zipped up the cooler and got out of there fast as I could LOL! The cooler went up to 45 degrees when she opened it, so I was so upset. I was so upset because I had 15 hours to go. I looked about 20 minutes later in the waiting area to see what the temp was, it went back down to 33 degrees and all was well. They maintained a safe temp all the way home. So I hope this will help anyone who is fly to the US to transport it home. I cannot express how great this product was to maintain the temp. It will fit right in your carry on perfectly. I had a 13 x 11 carryon bag, and they both fit nicely. I hope this will help anyone who is traveling a long distance. I wish you the best of luck!
Gosemai 24h Insulin Cooler Travel... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLC8YF6F?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share My daughter was diagnosed at 2 years old (26 now) and we cruised and still are cruising successfully her whole life. We use the above for transportation on international, overnight flights. Just pack it in your carry on. U can ask for a sharps container for the room and just call in advance to let them know to clear your fridge. The fridge may or may not be cold, cold but they can make sure to have some ice to keep in there if u want Other than that, we always took the same precautions as we did at home but I just pack extra of everything. We cruise(d) Celebrity and never had any problem re this whatsoever
