Hi there.I don’t have a Kawasaki anymore, but on my 600RR, I wanted to use a Rokform mount. The more research I did, the more I feared about messing up my $2000 phone camera 😱 so I ultimately bought a motorcycle CarPlay off AliExpress (model L300), and 3D printed a handlebar mount for it that someone shared on makerworld. It’s exactly like having my phone mounted right on the bars and I can keep my phone in my jacket pocket. I realize that’s not what you’re really asking for, so I’ll add how I wired mine up.. I bought a simple 3 wire accessory power relay part off amazon, and wired it: power wire to battery positive (comes fused), ground wire to battery negative, signal wire for the relay to the headlight switch positive power. This makes adding or removing electrical components in the future very easy, as you can just connect them directly to the relay box with positive and negative, and the box turns on when your headlight+ignition is on. You may get better advice from someone else, but I would recommend that little electrical box for sure. Hope that helps, or gives you some other ideas.

I am installing these with a relay , and powering it through a fuse box. The relay will tap off of the high beam wire, so that the lights will be yellow with headlight low beams and white with headlight high beams (note: the high beam wire is 0 volts when the high beams are on). I am planning to put the fuse box under the seat, and run the wires under the tank. The relay will be installed up by the battery. I will also be installing the wiring for the carplay/map display that I will be mounting.
