Not a huge fan of their picks, but for gutting stuff, Sparrows is excellent and will get you just about 90% or better of what you need: Followers: First, their aluminum follower set is criminally underrated. It'll do for just about any lock you'll encounter (4 sizes), they're smooth aluminum, and not painted with some weird dark color that makes it even harder to see inside the cylinder. And, they're quite inexpensive, at $20. Can't beat 'em, IMO. And I own just about all of them on the market. I wish I'd tried them first. Shims: Sparrows is also a great source for shims. Shim holder: not really a necessary item, tbh. I have the one from Red Team tools, never use it. Circlip removers: Their gut wrench is pretty great, though it won't do for absolutely every lock. I also now use flat nose pliers if the gut wrench won't do but it's rare. (Thanks, Suff!) Tweezers: I have theirs too, the longer ones. To be fair, any source will do, but I often use the Sparrows tweezers. I would recommend however also getting some different ones as well from various sources. There are different kinds of tweezers, even for pinning. Some are reverse action:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F5DDY76MThese can be handy for tricky gutting jobs but they're rough on springs. There are also straight tips that work quite well too. I actually use these a lot along with my Sparrows tweezers, and some others.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FZPE26S There's one style I don't recommend, they're too bulky to get you into tight plugs, and it's this type:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D9C5F5C4 They might work okay on larger residential locks but they're awful for padlocks, which is where most pickers start for their belts. Maybe later on I'll start using them, for now they just sit on my bench and gather dust. Lastly, you might want to invest in spare pins and springs, because they can go flying into the 5th dimension.Sparrows pins are only good for Schlage top locks, not padlocks; so for those, I recommend CLK Supplies or UHS Hardware. Or Mr Lock. Lock Picker's Bench sometimes has small sets of Abus pins. Good luck.
