Had something similar happen to my boxer, but in a longer period of time.. I had to help her up with a harness similar to this one: Harness Amazon Note: my dog was 22kg, me being fit and quite active was still a toll as you for sure want to have your dog mobile for long periods of time. You might be looking to also buy a wheelchair for long walks.

A dog lift sling/harness might be helpful — there are some made for carrying a dog completely and others that just help you give support as she carry’s herself. The slings are generally a supportive belly band but there are also rear harnesses to specifically lift the hips and pelvis. The belly band type is fairly easy to improvise if you’re the crafty sort.
