He may be bored and need some mental stimulation! I always suggest electronic toys. This one all 3 of my cats love. https://a.co/d/0182JiPo it’s super fast and keeps them interested. Other than that, have you checked him at the vet for a UTI maybe? Sometimes they’re just talkative but I think if he’s constantly yowling he’s either in pain and just needs a checkip to make sure no underlying issues OR he just needs mental stimulation to tire him out. That toy is sensor related so if he stops playing with it, it shuts off. Then when he comes back to it, it’ll come back on!
Hello! It sounds like the sweet younger one is just not used to change yet and may feel like the odd one out, especially if older one is being territorial. Is there a way, you can put the older cat away in a room for a little and play/spend some quality time with the younger one? Also look into calming treats for cats, and there is a diffuser called feliway that is suppose to calm cats. I think he just needs to feel included. Does he have any electrical toys?
