Over 50 retired guy here. I am using the Dwarf3 with a 72" neweer tripod: https://www.amazon.com/Monopod-Aluminum-Horizontal-Overhead-Camcorder/dp/B07N9YY8SM/ and a heavy tripod head : https://www.amazon.com/NEEWER-Millimeter-Adjustment-Aluminum-TH16/dp/B0DC618FXD/ Those two alone provide plenty of weight and stability. For extra weight, you can use one of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C6KB73J1/ and put your power bank in it. I have one as a just in case. I already had the tripod and head for my photography work, but it's a pretty inexpensive setup and has worked great for me. I also have a secondary tripod that has a hook on the center mount pole for attaching weights to, but I prefer my Neweer rig more.
