Here is some real advice. This medication alone is not the answer to your problems. It can be a tool to add to your toolbox but it shouldnt be the first tool. If you want to actually succeed and make a life long change here is a step by step process for a much better chance of success. You basically have to change all your habits as it appears you are starting from nothing. Step One: Buy a food scale and an app to track your food intake. Any scale that measures to a gram will do(The one I use). As for app I use Macrofactor but have used MyFitnessPal in the past. There may be other optioons but I know both these have the feature to use your smart phone to scan barcodes and auto populate most nutrition stuff as well as have a database of other foods you can search. At first dont even worry about calories or anything just focus on inputting every single thing you put in your body to learn about macros and nutrition. Both these apps should ask you some questions to help you find your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) or the calories you burn each day simply by existing. Once you are recording everything you can start hitting your macros and calories as you do the rest of the steps. Step Two: Increase your activity. You have already stated you are gonna do this but you are planning on going to the gym 6 days a week. I am assuming you are starting from a completely sedentary lifestyle and if you try and go from nothing to that routine you will burn out, get frusterted and likley stop falter. I would recomend something more managable. I would aim for 3 and maybe 4 days once you succeed at going to the gym 3 days a week for a bit. This is for resistance training which is a must while on a GLP-1 drug so you dont lose muscle mass, you dont wanna go to gym and just do cardio. (Some more information this whole video is good but timestamped to the part about mucsle loss) Gym can be intimadating. You can use chatGPT or an another AI to develop you a 3/4 day workout routine or use an app like Workout which is made by the same people as macrofactor. Your cardio should be walking at this stage, either outside or at the gym on a treadmill. I would time your self and use a track distance and aim to walk further or faster every day. STEP 3: Once you have made these lifestyle changes which doesnt have to take long then add in the GLP-1 drug and plan to be on it ALOT LONGER then 4 or 5 weeks. Without taking these steps you will likely rebound back heavier then when you started and even with these changes you will need more time to get good results. This drugs arnt a magic bullet dispite what other say or present on here. Without making the changes to your habits and lifestyle its a temporary fix. Good luck.
