A fan on a corner of your desk (this size, not the USB ones) pointing to your head helps.

Omg I would melt at that temp. I’m lucky I own my own house and only live with my son. We don’t have central air so we just have air conditioners in the window. My bedroom has to be 60°F or below in order for me to sleep. In the winter I keep my bedroom door shut all the time, my radiator is off in there so it stays nice and cold. Sometimes I even open the window a little and I’ll wake up in the morning FREEZING. I keep a thermometer in there and sometimes it’ll be 55°F in my room!! (I live in Massachusetts, so it’s freezing outside in the winter). If I didn’t do these things, I’d never sleep. There’s a few weeks in the spring when it’s too cool for the AC to stay on (it knows it’s below 60) but too humid for a fan in the window to keep it cool inside, and I only get on average about 3 hours of sleep those nights. I also have to change the sheets daily. Talk to your family about these issues and how it’s far easier for them to warm up under blankets than it is for you to cool down. The lack of sleep can affect your health. Can you get a couple of decent fans to aim at your bed? There are also some that are like mini/portable ACs. Basically they have slots for these little frozen packs like the ones that you put in coolers. You keep them in the freezer until ready to use, stick them in the slots, turn it on and the fan blows the colder air. Of course it only lasts as long as it takes for the ice packs to thaw, but it’s something. eta I just read you said you had a fan but it wasn’t very good, here is one I use that is super cheap and small but works great, on Amazon While I was there I found this portable AC on sale, I’ve never used this one but it has a high rating.
