not OP but I'm also shopping around for a dock. Did you ever happen to come across this Lenovo model of their TB5 dock, seems similar to Dell's: https://www.amazon.com/Lenovo-ThinkPad-Thunderbolt-Transfer-Delivery-Multiple/dp/B0FZFPC9TL not sure which one I should go with. how are you liking your Dell TB5 dock a couple months in?
