My sleeping posture was awful for a really long time- I went through probably 5 pillows before I found one that kept my neck in neutral alignment and that has helped so, so much. I can link the pillow I use here: DLIGHT BD Slim 3.2" Stomach... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XBBZKHC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I can absolutely attest to the anxiety too-a tumor was my fear for a long time until I was finally able to get some imaging done on my head/neck that revealed the actual (structural) problem. It’s natural to worry, and I know it can be hard not to think about it when the pain feels like it’s screaming directly at your brain. I try to take some time every night to do some simple neck stretches (usually I follow a tutorial) and I try to do some breathing exercises too. It’s crazy how much stress can translate to head and neck pain, especially subconsciously!
