You can use this 8-pin adapter to troubleshoot if there is a short in your cabling. If it works with the 8-pin, return it and find an 11-pin from an eBike seller. https://a.co/d/bG0WXL8 If same issue, then you can get any brand 48V controller that has the same connectors and return the 8-pin or you can buy a controller with the matched break out cable that has the same motor connector. You can always buy a generic and custom fab cables from julet connectors.
