It's still "third party". If you can do due diligence to make 100% sure that it's actually the company that's the seller then it should be fine. Unfortunately it's not as easy as just looking at the name of the seller. Lots of scammers use names of companies they aren't affiliated with to make it seem like their scam storefront is "official". To verify if a storefront is legit, you could email the company if they have a website with customer service email listed for you to contact, send them the EXACT link to that Amazon storefront and ask if that's teally them. Also, if the item on Anazon says "premium brand sourced" you'll know it's legit too. If an item says that, it means that only the realsnufacturer of the item is allowed to sell it on Amazon, no other 3rd party sellers are allowed so you don't need to worry about scammers. As of the time I'mdking this post, I think all or most Armani men's perfumes have this label. You'll see it under "Brand" where it shows who the item is shipped and sold by. Example: https://a.co/d/03B5I3gt Edit: the "Premium Brand Sourced" doesn't show up for me if I click the link above in mobile Reddit on Android. It shows up if you search for that item in the actual Amazon app, or if you look at the item on a browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
