The link to the material you’re using is the same stuff I use. The only thing there is that stuff warps. If the material isn’t laying flat you need to make it lay flat. I use magnets and high temp tape to address that. https://a.co/d/02VcMsJb https://a.co/d/0cfdkB1j My first thought when I saw those pics was not enough air assist because of the inconsistent cuts which could be warped material too. My second thought was focus. Check the focus and turn up the air 100% to blast out the burned material. Engraving with full blast air won’t give a good contrast because it will blast the soot out. I run the engraving patterns first with low air assist (just enough to keep the smoke from getting to the cover lens) then do the cut pattern with full blast air assist. Also, you might want to check your cover lens.
