Plenty of three stage standing desks get low enough to be viable for dual use. I've got the low version of the Flexispot E7 Plus and I could easily use the LG G5 55" I use as a monitor as a TV as well if there weren't a bigger TV on the other wall. Edit- By the way just use a monitor arm instead of attaching it to the wall, the heavy duty ones can hold a 55" OLED no problem.
