Light, light, and more light during the day. (Indirect/ sunscreen! obviously watch for sun burn on sensitive older adult skin!) Keep the naps short during the day under 20-30 minutes. Think cat naps rather than deep sleep cycles. Longer naps disrupts circadian rhythms. You can try a light therapy box on Amazon but ask her pcp because you shouldn’t use them if there are eye issues or other contraindicated conditions.
