I had the same problem until I bought a vertical mouse. No it doesn’t have the same function as the Magic Mouse but I found the transition incredibly easy, the tightness and pain in my forearm disappeared, and it was dirt cheap. There are more expensive versions from other brands but this one works for me and I’ll never go back to a regular mouse. Delux Vertical Mouse
