Stur is one of those water squeeze flavorings. However unlike many other brands, this is made with more natural ingredients. It was created by a parent of a kid with autism who couldn't do the dyes and some of the processee stuff. The true lemon people have flavored water powder... that is my go-to. But my favorite thing to do is use fruit. I have an infusion pitcher where you can pull out the fruit/veg once all of the flavoring has been exhausted. For example strawberries and basil should infuse for maybe overnight and then need to come out. One tip I have is to use frozen fruit. It cost less. It is already prepped.
