You won't be able to hide the cables completely, but I don't think that's what you're going for. Start by identifying the different cable bundles. For example, all those coming out of the case; the thin cables on the upper shelf (do they have to go there?); etc.I would push the case back so it aligns better with the upper shelf, and somewhat hides its cables. Your next step is cable trays and/or conduit. Since this is glass and I assume you don't want to drill into it, you can use clamp-on trays or self-adhesive conduits. Here is an example of a clamp-on tray that fits glass:https://www.amazon.com/Univivi-Under-Desk-Cable-Management/dp/B0G7HH41FKWhen choosing one, make sure the clamp can close to the thickness of your glass and that the arms are cushioned with rubber or similar material. Here's an example of a self-adhesive cable management tray that fits glass: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09J5HH2LR You will need some Velcro zip ties and maybe some sleeves (make sure to choose a sleeve wide enough for your bundle), but that's up to you (how tidy you want it). Good luck.
