Nothing mechanically, but more functional/ aesthetic. Tinted windows including front windshield (a must) Bed rug (even though I have a spray-in bed liner) Diamondback HD bed cover and ensure water sealed Weather tech wind/ rain guards on the windows Front/ rear camera (seamless install with no visible wires) uniden R7 radar detector (seamless install with no visible wires) replace antenna (looks like you already did that) weather tech mud flaps for front and rear (trust me, debris and dirty water will splash up on your paint and potentially scratch without them) That’s about all I did currently.
