Once again, thank you so much for the advice folks! Today I finished double checking all my measurements and ordered the fiber 🤩. I decided to do one fiber run from the office to the basement (through external wall), add a managed PoE switch in the basement, then from it another run to the garages terminating on a managed PoE switch there.
