You could probably fix it yourself for cheap. The non sounding note might work if you're willing to remove the screws under the bottom that holds the upper and lower halves of the outer case together. Then lift the upper half off to get to the key mechanism. On the bad note lift up the rubber contact strip and gently clean the round carbon contact pad and the underlying carbon pad that the rubber strip gets pushed down on with a little alcohol, again gently, don't rub hard enough to remove the thin carbon film. That can often fix it or you can also buy a replacement rubber contact strip here: https://syntaur.com/parts/yamaha/ydp-142 The power button might also just need some cleaner spray sprayed into it like this: https://www.amazon.com/WD-40-Specialist®-Electrical-Terminals-Fast-Drying/dp/B0GV1NYDMT/ref=sr_1_1_sspa Here's a short blog about note repair; https://blog.syntaur.com/?p=38
