Hey Friend, fellow light sleeper here as well. Get this on your phone, select Red Noise (not white noise): White Noise Ambience by logicworks https://apps.apple.com/us/app/white-noise-ambience/id424832949 Then get these: https://a.co/d/026MVKha Additionally, try out the Calm sleep story app. I hate people, piano, etc. wakes me up instantly. however, there a few sleep stories in Calm that don’t trigger me when on low volume, and I’ve found that by training myself to fall asleep to spoken sleep stories, and keeping them playing all night via the Calm playlist feature, my mind then associates any errant sounds with the sleep story. I sleep so much better now. Now my setup is: Red Noise on loudest volume from my iPad or phone that my spouse will allow Bluetooth sleep mask, Calm playlist on the lowest volume I can hear the words. Also take this setup camping with me, and it’s great. The sleep stories help my kids stay asleep too. Be aware though, some sleep stories suck and will jolt me awake, so try them out first.

So from focus 15 you need overhead headphones? I have been using eye masked headphones all this time, and i have wondered if i truly achieved focus 12. I do know that i have for sure achieved focus 10 and i don't think its just the talk but the beats that put me there. However my Pc headphones just broke so i got these headphones, do you think they're good for the gateway tapes? idk if the haptic feedback thing would help the beats and vibrations or disturb it. Also do you think i should start over with better headphones or just keep going? I'm on tape 3 of wave 5.

10000% hands down thiseye mask with flat speakers on the sides. I NEED a brown noise when I sleep and take these everywhere when I travel. No one else can hear shit, and neither can I other than my noise so I can sleep well lol. They USB-C charge and can last a couple of nights before you need to charge them tho usually I charge them every day when I’m using them.

I can only sleep with the sound of a fan. My boyfriend needs a podcast or loud TV. We got him a sleep mask that has earphones built in and it fixed everything. This is the one he's currently using: https://a.co/d/0cetmrfO He used this one at one point too: https://a.co/d/0anLxYEi
