If it were me, I would buy an empty sterile vial (https://a.co/d/0ihTcBDW ) and transfer one shot to it, then take that shot on my normal shot day. Yes, you could take your shot early as most here have recommended, but since you are going on vacation, why risk the chance for increased side effects due to having more in your system (even if only a bit more) when there are other options which would totally eliminate that possibility.
