First, congrats on your ascension! Second, I'm in no way a pro or anything, but I've worked shows and I'm a freak about organization, so I'll just lay out what works for me: I tie on a Stonfo Kaiman, which is a tension vise, like a Regal. It's got a very small form factor, it's easy to use, and has very few parts on it that can break. I organize my materials into Plano 3700 tackle boxes. For my very small materials (like hooks and beads), I use these bead jars that come in strips of 4. Then I put those in a Plano box as well, for double protection in case one of the jars breaks open. For dubbing, I buy these empty dubbing dispensers and put my most-used blends in them. For light, I have two USB-powered clip lights. Super cheap, they were like 10 bucks each. I find that if I have to choose between one brighter light or two weaker lights, I see better with two weaker lights, so that makes going cheap nice and easy. Plus, if one breaks, you have redundancy. There's a lot of camaraderie among show vendors; if you need to step away for a bit, just give them a heads up and they'll watch your stuff. Shows will limit you on space and margins. Try to think of things to sell that (1) make a strong visual impression, and (2) are inexpensive in time and money to produce. Fly anglers love little cheap gadgets and gizmos. We are suckers for a good container. A bit of time on a site like Temu, Alibaba, or ULine browsing weird and cool looking containers that you can buy in bulk to sell/display your flies would be time well spent
