This case is $30 and I am see a lot of redditors recommending it. Something to consider. The Apevia Prestige is rated C on the PSU tier list. The ASRock PRO-650G is $2 cheaper and is rated B+ on the tier list. Do you have a Micro Center near you? I sent you a PM about windows.
you need a new ram and a gpu.https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XLMCdq this would let you have much leeway on ram and get a gpu that will do it's job. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DjmCdq this puts just one stick of 16gb of ram, to use 24gb of ram in flex mode, where it will not be as fast as possible but will let you have some leeway. ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XF74MF it can also go like this, with a similar performing but older gpu that have more vram ). https://pcpartpicker.com/list/sBMCdq there's this, that will give you a gpu with a nice amount of vram but is more conservative on dram. Also, try to open your pc and see what power supply it have. If we confirm its a not good one, just get one of this https://www.newegg.com/asrock-pro-series-atx-3-1-compatible-650-w-80-plus-gold-certified-power-supply-black-pro-650g/p/N82E16817955024 or something equivalent available for you.Edit: I've put the 650W psu link, but it should have been the 750. In the same link you can get it thoug, just select the right option.
