Yep, very similar to the Max Grip stippling, but in a circular pattern. Definitely worth trying out! Kinda related: I'm a lefty playing right-handed guitar, so I have a bit less dexterity when maneuvering the pick. Even with stippled picks, I'll sometimes drop a pick while trying to reposition my hand from strumming to lead parts. Anyway, I had some of this LifeGrip rubber anti-slip tape laying around that you use for pools and wet stairs. Cut it into a small square and put it on my pick, and it fixed my problems instantly. Haven't dropped a pick since. It's just a piece of rubber, so it's fairly soft, and you can usually transfer one square from a used pick to the next to get more use out of it. Idk, just sharing because it's a handy tip I haven't seen anywhere. Pretty much any pick is a grippy pick now.
