That port looks like it might be damaged now.. it looks like the loose plastic is behind the pins and possibly under them so attempting to pull it out might cause the pins to bend. my recommendation would be to see if you could get a replacement snac port to swap it out..barring that.. you may be able to if your careful enough get in there with a small exacto knife or 2 and try to cut the broken plastic up into smaller pieces that you might be able to shake out. I can't really tell from the angle of the image and the placement of your finger but it looks like the plastic might be at a downward angle behind the pins. Thinking maybe one of the flat blades in this kit but this is just something I would try and I take no responsibility if you attempt this and break the snac port.
