I found these carb balance tortillas, they are burrito size with 110 calories and 28 g of fiber in them, use those to make a wrap or something and you’ll be good to go. Or if you’re feeling wild make a quesadilla with two hahaha Tortillas Also if you make a batch of Marry Me Beans those are so good and you can eat them plain or over eggs for breakfast or with meatballs for dinner. There are lots of recipes out there but the gist is tomato sauce, vegetable broth and cream cheese or heavy cream with Italian seasoning, combined with butter beans (I went crazy and used 6 cans last time I made them haha)
