I’d definitely recommend a plug-in pump like the Spectra. To make it more convenient and hands free while avoiding the potentially less effective wearable cups, I got the Pump Strap on Amazon. It’s like a pumping bra, but it is easy to take on and off with just velcro in the back so you only have to wear it for pumping sessions. I found pumping bras to be really uncomfortable when I would wear them all day and it was nice to be able to just slap the Pump Strap on and off when I needed it.
