The cable you linked ... https://www.amazon.com/ALINNA-Female-Extension-Splitter-Adapter/dp/B098L4HTVG?nsdOptOutParam=true doesn't split the USB data in any way. A USB connection has two parts, voltage/power, and data. This cable lets you use the power portion from two USB jacks (e.g. on a laptop), plus the data portion from one of them. (Read the description in the link!) The reason for doing this is because some laptop USB ports do not provide enough power to spin a USB hard drive. So by combining the power from two USB ports, you have twice as much power available to spin the drive. But it still uses the data connection from only one port. It does not change the data connection in any way. This cable will not do what you want to do. In fact nothing will. You can only do audio splitting or combining with analog connections, and even then you probably need some sort of audio mixer. But if your headset is USB, it is not possible.
