We took the legs off and, don’t laugh, replaced them with 4 inch x 4 inch x 1 inch solid rubber pads ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FHPRCW34?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share ) These are shock absorbing pads made for heavy HVAC equipment, but they are very grippy on both sides and the bed just rests on top of them securely at all four corners. They do not interfere with the opening and closing of the drawers. We still have the 5 inch legs if anybody wants!
