Oh my mistake, there was a warning against a 20A PWM one, but it seems what I found was a 10A 12/24V PWM one, for $19.99. https://www.amazon.com/SOLPERK-Controller-Waterproof-Intelligent-Regulator/dp/B0946MWYPK To be fair, if the solar panel Vmp is just a few volts above the battery voltage then PWM vs MPPT makes very little difference.
