If the mirror adjuster switch is set to the middle, mirrors will not tilt down when in reverse. You can adjust the reverse mirror position as well just by putting it in reverse with the mirror selector switch set to either side, adjust them as you like and it should save. For charging on Tesla, I use the Lectron NACS to CCS Electric Vehicle Adapter, I’m sure there are a bunch, but I’ve never had a problem with Lectron. You will also need the Tesla app to start the charge. Just know that not all Tesla chargers work with non Tesla cars, but the Tesla app, as well as PlugShare, you can filter out Tesla only locations.

I have the Lectron Vortex Plus - and it works great on our '24 Solterra. It's one of the few (possibly only) adapters that is UL certified, and it's often rebranded by the major auto manufacturers for sale with their vehicles. There is a ~$20 cheaper version from Lectron (not the Plus) BUT it is not UL certified - so be sure to get the Plus version which normally sells for ~$200.
